Family Voices of WI created fact sheets for families of youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. These fact sheets were developed in partnership with the Wisconsin Integrated Transition Planning Project and are available in both English and Spanish.

The Transitions Perspective program provides an opportunity to introduce the topics of transition, college, and career awareness to eighth-graders in southern/southeastern Wisconsin school districts. The main event for this program was a College Day at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater held on October 20, 2022. This report provides a summary of this College Day.
