What’s After High School

What’s After High School offers families an overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and special health care needs. The event is most helpful for families with children ages 14 – 21, and the educators and providers who support them.

When: Sat. May 2, 9:00 – 10:30am / breakfast & coffee start at 8:45am

Where: Woodman’s Sports and Convention Center
