Wisconsin Autism Transition Demonstration (WAuTD) Project Kickoff meeting!
The project's goal is to better connect the different systems that help autistic youth as they become adults.
The focus is on autistic people ages 13 to 26 with more challenging health or social needs who need more support than other young people. Janesville, WI is our first site. What is found helpful there can then be shared to other WI communities.

• Introduce the WAuTD Project and its plans
• Share what we learned in the past year about the status of transition from child to adult services
• Gather your feedback about strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for transition services/support in Wisconsin (but especially in Rock County)
• Form sub-committees to inform the project
